"A friendly and lively restaurant serving hearty Peruvian dishes with strong, homestyle flavours. The anticuchos and the breads are especially delicious."
I was born and raised in Lima, Perú. I grew up eating everything, from wholesome, home-cooked meals with fresh produce from the market to chicken butchered the same morning. Everything is cooked in the Peruvian tradition of embracing spices, chili, and using every part of the animal.
This iconic, classic Peruvian dish is a must-try from the coast of Lima. A generous 8 oz. fillet of the catch of the day, pan seared and dressed with a hearty seafood stew and served over potato and garlic jasmine rice.
