So I bought a 2 day pass professional to TIS. I can login in to TIS via the website and when searching for TSBs, the latest I can find is the one mentioning 04b04. But nothing newer. From within Techstream, I click on the Update > yes link, and it opens a window with a login screen for TIS. It asks me to select user type. TTEN, TMS, Dealer.. etc.
One last final massive update. OTT tune got their CARB approval making it the only NA tune for the Tacoma that is 100% CARB approved and will pass any emissions test that is now checking for a modified ECU. Big shout out to @JustDSM and the team for working hard on getting us tuned Tacoma users legal.

Are any of the Cold Air Intakes, such as K&N or similar, legal to use in the Smog Test State of California? Do they change the ability of the 2021V-6 to pass a Smog Test?
How else can I test and adjust the Load sensing Proportioning and By-Pass Valve (LSP & BV)? (By adjust I mean the process without the SST, not the actual physical adjustments - I know how to do that from reading the FSM). The spec states 636 ± 71 psi on the rear brakes with the Rear axle load (1,874 lb). Note: these specs are for 4x4.
I am ordering parts online and some specify with by-pass tube on housing, some with by-pass tube on Driver's End of Pump, some without by-pass tube. Does anyone know how to tell which my truck has without taking the whole timing cover off and everything? I have a 2002 3.4 v6 4x4 with a manual transmission.
