The BCD store is kept in the System partition, which is Fat32 and does not have a drive letter. The BCD template is in the C:\Windows\Boot. I am going to have to stick with the problem arising because of the multiple Fat32 partitions you have on the system. Try removing the Phone Card and the other drive that contains all the Fat32 partitions.

Can you post a screenshot of Disk Management so that all partitions are visible and the full printout of bcdedit: bcdedit /enum all /v >bcd.txt and attach file bcd.txt. 2.
