Microsoft Edge is the default browser on Windows 10, and it comes with quite a few tricks up its sleeve. One that sets it apart from its competitors is the ability to write, doodle, and highlight directly on web pages.
Web Notes are a set of annotation tools integrated into Microsoft Edge that allow users to mark up web pages visually. Using these features, you can add highlights, draw shapes, write comments, or scribble directly on a webpage, transforming static information into personalized, interactive content.
Once loaded in the WebHighlights viewer, you can highlight text, add notes, and organize with tags just like on websites. The PDF viewer makes it easy to read and annotate your documents and to take notes on the go.
Highlight is a browser extension that lets you highlight and annotate any text on web pages. Simply select text and choose your preferred highlighting style or add comments.
This extension lets you make highlights on any web page, and subsequently attempts to restore those highlights when you revisit the page. This process is completely private. The location and contents of your highlights never leave your browser.
